The spot is right where you want to be – close to everything. Unfortunately, some guests were lighting up weed inside, which made the air pretty unpleasant. It’s a decent location, but the smoking habit really spoiled the vibe.

The place sits in a convenient area, that’s the only thing that’s decent. Inside, the floor was sticky, there was a horrible smell everywhere, and the kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathrooms were grimy, the beds needed flipping, and overall it felt like the worst Mattino house I’ve ever seen.

“Not worth it any single dollar”

The pictures online showed a completely different place – nothing matched what was advertised. The house was filthy and there were odd, unsettling people hanging around both outside and inside. I’d stay away unless you like surprises and dirt.

The bedroom was spot‑on – clean, comfy, and exactly what I needed. The kitchen, however, was missing a lot of dishes and basic utensils, which made cooking a hassle. Good sleep, but the kitchen let it down.

The area feels rundown, with shady characters lingering late at night and no streetlights to guide you after dark. The building itself is in terrible shape and clearly needs a major renovation. If you’re arriving after sunset, expect to be stumbling around in total darkness.
