I was charmed by the colonial-style charm of this hotel, which was situated in a very quiet location. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed by the hotel's distance from Chiang Mai, and I felt that the international dishes in the restaurant didn't quite live up to my expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its beautiful colonial-style decorations and high-quality amenities. My spacious suite, room 33, was the perfect retreat, and the service was attentive. While the hotel has a good restaurant and offers both Asian and Western breakfast options, I did find that it was more of a quiet sanctuary than a full-service resort, with limited on-site activities and no spa or curated excursions.
