The facilities were good and the staff were quite friendly. However, the confirmation email listed breakfast at $180 per person, but that price wasn’t honored and only a buffet at $350 was offered, so don’t advertise a price you won’t keep.

A fantastic spot right by the lake! The staff went above and beyond, and the pools were beautiful and spotless.

The view was spectacular. Access was very difficult, the hotel was in a state of neglect and needed a lot of upkeep, the pool walls and floor had a lot of mold—though it looked clean, the edges were sticky and untidy. Room cleaning was poor, the food didn’t match the price and the drinks were subpar, likely because the restaurant is separate from the hotel. The linens were not clean; when I went into one bathroom I saw a washing machine hanging towels, and the towels and sheets had stains. Overall, the room and bathroom cleaning were inadequate.

It has a lake view. Everything else is terrible. The hotel is falling apart, lacks maintenance, no hot water for showers, shower pressure is just a trickle, the AC doesn’t cool, rooms are filthy, the building is ancient and no remodeling is happening. It smells bad and is very uncomfortable—definitely not recommended.
