The location was perfect for my destination, and the environment was amazing.
“NO GOOD. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!”
Nothing. The pool was closed and we were not told this at check‑in. I went to the room to get bathing suits, came down to request towels for the pool, and was told it was closed. It is July in Texas, very hot, and this was one of the main reasons I chose LaQuinta. When checking in I noticed the doors were wide open and the lobby was hot. When I asked about this, I was told there was no AC. The tap strip on the carpet in our room was exposed, so every time we walked to the restroom at night we stepped on it and it stuck in our feet. I went down for breakfast and the juice machine had a sign that said no juice, so we had to drink water. We went up to get a refill and the holder was empty, and no one was around to ask to refill it! The trims inside and outside of the room were very chipped and needed some attention. The door handle in the bathroom was damaged and you had to push down to get the door to open.
The place was spotless.

I liked that it was convenient to my house. We arrived and very excited to swim in the pool for the next 2 days to escape the heat and our ac had went out at our house.We we're waiting for it to be repaired. I paid online The front desk clerk told us the pool was closed for inspection!We were not able to swim and all very sad
“Needed a spot for my dog to have A/C during maintenance. 100% satisfied”
The bed was spacious! I know you’re cutting back on water, but over $100 should give you quality shower water pressure. The corners of desks were dusty, then little dents on walls and tears in the carpet that someone had to pay extra for their stay, but damages were not maintained.
