“Great location in Arendal center”
The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location was the best, and the breakfast was great. The room felt a bit small, especially with the extra crib.

The room I ended up with was cozy, clean, and had a nice view, and breakfast was okay. The room assigned to me lacked light bulbs, smelled bad, had sewage odor, had holes in the furniture, and the window wouldn't open.

The location was good. I had to pay extra for breakfast, and while half the hotel was under renovation, breakfast was served in a space that resembled a gymnasium, and there was no way to get a beer or drink in the evening.

The staff were service-oriented, and the breakfast was good. The decorative pillows, comforter, and chairs in the room were dirty or stained.
