The rooms were large and the accommodation felt homely and relaxed, with beautiful sea views. I was offered a small vege curry rice for dinner and when I paid for it the next day they told me it was Y2500. It felt like a tourist scam. Make sure you enquire about the price of everything. I had a great stay but left with a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to accommodate. The roof was amazing for stargazing, plus there was an outdoor shower and a saxophone concert. I very much enjoyed it.

I stayed at a spot right on the water that made everything so convenient—renting cars, grabbing great meals, and doing laundry was a breeze, and the rooms were super comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the owner even showed up; he and K played saxophones together, which was a fun and unique touch.

Everything was perfect—beautiful place, amazing people, a lovely 6‑night stay with great views, tasty food, and especially outstanding staff service; it’s the ideal spot to relax and the best base for island travel by local bus.

The meals at sunrise and sunset were delicious, and we loved watching the stars and fireflies while the campfire crackled in the wonderfully quiet surroundings; getting a car from the place was a pleasant surprise, though the watercress that the host grew and served at every meal over the four nights started to feel a bit repetitive.
