“Sejour satisfaisant”

The staff were welcoming and attentive to our requests, and the hotel offered a pool and two on‑site restaurants. Breakfast was good. I was traveling for work, but it was impossible to get an invoice – the hotel said they couldn’t because it was a Booking reservation, and Booking was waiting for hotel confirmation. No solution at this point.

Overall a good experience, though a bit pricey for Algeria.

“Le personnel très gentil et professionnel maljeureusement l’hôtel manque de proproté et le petit déjeuner à revoir”

The staff were very kind. The buffet did not live up to a 5‑star standard, the coffee at breakfast was subpar, there were too many sweet cakes, and the juice was commercial.

The hotel is brand new, which is a plus. However, no service lives up to a five‑star standard; we asked for a simple iron and had to call 4 or 5 times before getting one. We also requested the hotel arrange a tour guide for Oran, but the person sent was nothing like a guide: she didn’t speak French and knew almost nothing about the city, a lamentable and totally unsuitable service. Even at breakfast, no fresh fruit juice was offered, which is surprising for a place of this class. Between the lack of service, the repeated requests, and the clearly subpar offerings, this hotel does not deserve its five stars. P.S. Even the Algerian pastries on offer were mostly peanut‑based… For a high‑end establishment, a more refined selection representing the richness of Algerian pastry would have been expected.

“Je ne recommande pas”

The bed was the only thing I liked, while everything else felt far too expensive for the quality – disgusting faucets, a clogged sink, a leaking showerhead and a two‑day towel shortage with no explanation, plus a disappointing lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, which only bears a five‑star name.
