Only the staff behaved politely. The property was filthy and badly kept; the washroom bucket and mug looked unclean for months, the toilet seat was broken, and there was a water issue. Mosquitoes were rampant, preventing any sleep. It was hot and humid, the room had no AC, and they gave me an old, dirty blanket instead of something suitable. Parking was a nightmare: no dedicated space, the building also houses a hospital and shops, and their vehicles block the way. Overall, the hygiene was terrible and my stay was very uncomfortable; I would not recommend this place unless management seriously improves cleanliness, maintenance, water supply, mosquito control, and parking.

The room smelled bad and was unhygienic, with a very dirty bathroom that I couldn't even step into, dirty linen, and overall an unclean room.
