Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis/Chesterfield

“Wonderful and relaxing”

Antionette was very sweet at the front desk, and Tobias Miller saved our vacation by patiently helping with our WiFi questions and getting our PS 5 to work; thank you Tobias, great customer service skills! I’ll definitely stay again – Tobias and Antionette are keepers!

“It was a great experience overall”

Everything was satisfactory, and honestly, there were no dislikes.

“Hotel is in need of a refresh. Get this issue with the breakfast not being honored fixed.”

The spot is great and the grounds look tidy with nice outdoor seating, but the interior feels worn, a big crack shows in the room and a broken shade had to be propped up with binder clips. Breakfast was supposed to be included when we booked, but an employee told us otherwise even though we had proof on hand, claiming Booking needed to “update their website.” We woke up to no water and were told there was a water main break with no ETA for repairs. Luckily we could move our reservation to Doubletree, and Katie at Hilton Garden and Melody at Doubletree teamed up to make that happen, so I give both of them credit for turning a bad situation into something better.

“Fabulous”

The staff were amazing and super friendly, but the only downside was seeing the interstate out of the hotel room window.

Breakfast was great, the location was close to the dance competition with easy access, and the room was clean and cozy. However, the beds seemed smaller than a queen, and my older two daughters shared a bed and kept complaining about touching each other.
