Die Lage ist einfach top und sehr ruhig (wenn da nicht die Kinder wären). Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Ich empfehle die Halbpension da das Hotel eher abgelegen liegt, was einerseits sehr toll ist, aber andererseits sind es 3km bis zum Dorf. Vor allem aber war das Abenessen hervorragend und mehr als ausreichend. Daher auch eine Empfehlung. Ausserdem ist das personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch hervorzuheben ist, dass Hunde sehr willkommen sind, was für Hundeliebhaber einfach ein grosses plus ist. Hotel insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!. Da es halt kein « adults only » ist, sind natürlich auch Familien mit Kleinkindern anwesend. Das hat manchmal sehr gestört, das die Zimmer auch nicht so schalldicht sind wie das vom Hotel angegeben wird. Kann nervig sein wenn man in die Berge fährt um die Ruhe zu geniessen. Das Personal müsste sprachlich besser aufgestellt sein. Die deutsche Sprache ist meistens doch eher mangelhaft

The location and mountain view are great. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and the wellness area is fantastic. The natural swimming pond with a mountain view and the custom cocktails at night stand out. Initially, the service staff seemed a bit off‑beat. In many family‑run hotels in Austria, you’re usually greeted warmly, but that wasn’t the case here. As the stay went on, it became clear why: almost none of the service staff spoke German, and when we switched to English, some admitted that speaking with guests in English was challenging. That wasn’t obvious at first and wasn’t obvious to other guests either. Maybe they should be more upfront about the lack of German in a German‑speaking country. Once we switched to English, everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any sense of the family vibe, so it felt a bit less cozy than usual.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic (5‑course dinner menu), and breakfast offers everything one could wish for, with even more treats in the afternoon. I can’t think of any negatives.

The hotel’s location was great and the view was magnificent. The food was very good. It was a shame there was no fridge in the rooms and the spa was nudist.
