The rooms were high quality, and the room set aside for a mobility‑challenged senior was the best we found during our ten‑day trip across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. The experience was entirely positive.

I didn’t like anything about it. The property didn’t match the pictures; when we walked in, it was disgusting. It smelled like decades of cigarettes. We closed the door and booked a room at the Super 8 instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone; it looked dirty and really old.

“Horrible experience—the damaged door was unsafe, the room was filthy and full of bugs, management was rude and dismissiv”

I was given a room that was utterly unacceptable: the door was damaged, making it hard to lock and exposing my belongings, the cleanliness was horrific with trash cans in chaos and bugs everywhere, the manager was rude and dismissive when I raised these issues, and at checkout I was overcharged and didn’t receive the correct refund; overall a deeply disappointing stay that I would not recommend.
