The staff treatment and the thermal facilities were good. The walk from the room to the thermal baths, crossing the sand parking and puddles, and the inability to use the indoor pool near the room were drawbacks.

Close to Cabarceno, nice surroundings. Not very comfortable, no renovations, small bathroom, uncomfortable, not very clean.

The village is very pretty and well maintained; the staff were generally courteous, with some very efficient and others just average. Using the thermal baths was a bit dated, but fine for a short escape. We stayed on half‑board, the breakfast was adequate but could be better, the dinner was good, and the outdoor pool was great without crowds. However, the place really needs a major refurbishment, starting with room climate control—there’s only one fan and you have to be lucky to get it before someone else takes it. The bathroom had a step, which was bad for a guest with mobility issues (I didn’t warn them), there was a bathtub with curtains, and the paint flakes could be removed for a better look. The hallway leading to the rooms… Parking is available, but I unfortunately hit a nail.

“Decepcionante”

I was disappointed because the resort was far away, the path to it was muddy, I felt deceived, the rooms were quite shabby, there was grime in the bathtub, the directions to the thermal baths were given on a map, nobody bothered to point the way, and I won’t return.

I stayed in a well‑located place with free parking, but the furniture was very old and the bathtub was still there.
