The location is excellent, right under a mall, and I highly recommend it, especially the front desk staff who was very elegant and helpful, though I don't know her name.

The hotel staff—Ms. Arwa, Mr. Muthanna, Mr. Bassim, Shaker, and Jan—were very helpful, but the quietness and cleanliness were lacking.
