The bath feels great, I look forward to breakfast, the welcome coffee is tasty and appreciated, and the transport access is good. When I’m styling my hair in front of the mirror in the women’s public bath, the view of people putting on and taking off clothes is completely exposed, which feels awkward for both parties; a screen would solve that. The indoor slippers are too big for me as a woman and hard to walk in.

Being close to the station was great, and I could leave my luggage there while I moved around. The bathrobe was worn out and too large; it would help if they offered different sizes.

まだ設備が新しく、全体的に快適でした。大浴場にKNOLLのシャンプー類が入っているのは大変高ポイントでした。. 朝食会場のレイアウトが悪く、入り口でそのままピックアップの行列ができてしまうため朝食会場に入ることそのものに大変な時間を要しました。特にパン食で良い人には必要ない行列であり、レイアウトを変更するか席についてから必要なものを取りに行く本来の形を促す案内をするか工夫が必要だと思います。 朝食の内容自体は悪くなかったので残念です。

The location was good, the buffet offered many daily‑changing side dishes, and every staff member greeted me with a smile. The dryer in both the room and the large bath area had weak airflow, so it took longer than usual to dry my hair, and there was only one dryer in the large bath.
