I spent one night here to support the Nieuwpoort marathon. The B&B sits less than a 10‑minute walk from the festival square, where the race starts, which made getting there a breeze. Breakfast was very well prepared. My 4‑year‑old son and I stayed in room Koraal. The room has one separate bedroom and a second bed in the living area. The bathroom is next to the room, so you have to pass through the room to reach it. That didn’t bother us, but it could be inconvenient depending on who you’re staying with. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. What I especially want to highlight is how the owner went out of her way—paying a small extra fee—to let me shower after the marathon. It wasn’t something that was automatically arranged, yet she made a real effort to accommodate me. I found that very kind, and it shows the owners genuinely care about making your stay as smooth as possible.

The breakfast was splendid, the room was neat with a spacious bathroom and a great shower. The area was quiet and within walking distance of nice restaurants.
