I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations due to the unprofessional front desk staff. The lack of menu boards and transparent pricing was frustrating, as we were overcharged for our meals - for instance, the Djoloff rice was priced at 150 cedis instead of the usual 50 cedis. To make matters worse, the breakfast was underwhelming and overpriced, with no tea or coffee, just powdered milk packets.

I appreciated the cleanliness and peaceful surroundings of this lodge, but there were some notable drawbacks. Although the advertisement claimed that there was a restaurant on site, we had to walk to a nearby building to grab a simple breakfast and dinner. The ladies serving there were friendly, but unfortunately, the menu options were limited. Overall, it was a mixed experience, with some positives overshadowed by the lack of amenities.

“Kleines Dorfhotel, mit dem man aber zufrieden sein sollte”

The hotel's location was ideal for visiting Tafi Atome and the monkey sanctuary, and I felt safe with the secure fencing and video surveillance. While the hotel was clean, it was a bit basic. However, my main disappointment was that dinner wasn't available at the hotel, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Despite this, the hotel's positives made it a decent place to stay.
