The place is split over two levels – the ground floor holds the bathroom and the little eating nook, while the bedroom is up on the second floor. The layout makes sense and works fine for a short stay.

The bathroom was spotless and the water was piping hot, which was great. The rest of the room, though, felt a bit neglected – dusty furniture, old‑looking pieces and a generally worn‑out vibe.

Check‑in was smooth and the staff were friendly, and the room itself was fine. The downside is the constant drum noise from a nearby spot that keeps going until late; better to arrive after 10 pm when it finally quiets down.

The accommodation offers plenty of space, which is a plus. Breakfast, however, left a lot to be desired – the coffee was weak and there wasn’t much liquid to go around.

The price is reasonable for what you get, but housekeeping was missing – no room cleaning and towels weren’t changed during the stay.
