“Very disappointing stay with poor management, lack of basic facilities, and unsatisfactory.”

My overall experience was very disappointing. The staff was uncooperative and not helpful in resolving issues. The AC was not working, breakfast service was poor, and basic facilities were not maintained properly. Location was manageable, but overall there was very little to appreciate due to poor service and maintenance. Breakfast service was very poor and not on time. On two days, breakfast was not provided at all. I did not like the uncooperative staff, poor management, non-functioning AC, delayed and missed breakfast, unclean swimming pool, frequent electricity interruptions, and lack of support from reception. Most concerns were ignored or redirected to the manager without resolution

I was turned away because no rooms were available, so I had to take a cab and book elsewhere; the hotel’s management and backend left a bad taste.

They supposedly refuse us because they lack a foreigner license; we paid $15 for a taxi to a hotel that gave us a replacement room. The question was whether the hotel had a pool and breakfast—yes. The area was hotter than expected, and I was scared to leave the taxi. The room was moldy, the bedding used, and there were no breakfast or pool at all. I’ll add a photo. Everything was unsatisfactory; I had to find a new hotel at 3:00 am through booking.
