Lovely hosts, good location (25 minutes from Sachsenring), pleasant room size and small details like disposable hygiene items, coffee sticks, tea and two cups and glasses each. The rooms and the bathroom were very cold despite the heating being present, which never turned on. More suitable for short stays or construction workers. Everything is very small and simple. Not for self‑catering! No coffee machine and the beds were quite uncomfortable. The entrance also smells musty and the bathroom has an unpleasant odor.

The guesthouse is on a large but lightly trafficked street. There were parking spaces nearby. The rooms are large and very lovingly furnished. The bathrooms with showers are especially nice. Nothing to complain about.

The room was decent, clean and close to the bus stop. It had a fridge, kettle, cups and glasses, plus various toiletries like a toothbrush, comb and disposable razor, all still in original packaging. The fridge made it easy to keep food, but the only missing items were at least two plates, a knife and a fork.

The host was very good, the hotel is new with brand‑new furniture, and the price is very reasonable!
