Park Pension

The host was very friendly, the room was nice, clean, and spacious. The double bed was large, the mattress a bit softer but comfortable, and the sofa chair was cozy. Wi‑Fi worked fine. The location was great—close to Mirakul and other attractions, so we’ll definitely come back. The only issue was that the on‑site parking was under reconstruction, so we had to park on the adjacent street; it would have been good to know about that when booking. Otherwise everything was superb, and once the parking is finished it will be ample and nice.

Good price and quality, quiet spot.

The beds were very comfortable, including pillows, sheets, and the cleaning was fine. We stayed in spring, and the sakura and magnolia trees around the pension were beautiful. The only downside was that outside there was just one table with chairs used by smokers. We wanted to grill, but there wasn’t enough space. The walls between rooms are very thin—voices from the next room (even when they’re not shouting) and the TV can be heard. I also missed a shared kitchen.

Everything was in order. We came for a city tour, and the accommodation fit well. Walking to the center and to Jizera was very good, trains to Prague were fine, and the bus to Brandýs nad Labem worked well. One lamp on the nightstand didn’t light, the LG TV flickered and sometimes wouldn’t connect. The kettle’s cord was very short, but we could heat water for tea in the bathroom’s shower area.

No receptionist, no check‑in or check‑out instructions. On check‑out I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. The reception was basically nonexistent. The walls were paper‑thin, and the noise from the neighbors was loud well after 22:00.
