Everything. The only drawback was that the laundry basket hadn’t been cleaned.

The lady was kind and breakfast was available. There were many things included that I didn’t know were part of the package. The room was very large. The bathroom wasn’t to my liking, even though it had everything needed, but the complex’s home is welcoming and comfortable. There are two large common spaces, a lounge and a kitchen, and our room was bigger than I expected.

The setup was well organized, and the location is convenient, a 15‑minute drive from the Torre di Pisa. Check‑in and check‑out were lightning‑fast thanks to the host’s organization and willingness. Good value for the price.
