The spot is right outside the old city, close to loads of restaurants, and the room was quiet and comfy with a fantastic view. Laundry machines in the attached plaza were modern, and parking was available on site.

The building is well positioned near the city’s main attractions, and the rooms are modern, clean, air‑conditioned, and the Wi‑Fi works well—definitely above average for Thailand. Unfortunately, our room faced the square where a club played music until midnight.
“Coup de cœur pour Chiang Mai.”
Breakfast was very good, thanks to the staff who prepared it on request. We changed rooms three times: first because the AC leaked water during the night; the replacement room was lower quality and faced the street with loud karaoke; the next day we returned to the original room, but during the shower the electricity cut out. We asked not to use hot water in that room. They gave us a new room for a lukewarm shower. Staff were always responsive, but it was a lot. We are awaiting a partial refund.
The staff were excellent, especially the general manager Mr Mesa who helped me all the time. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and there was nothing to complain about.
