“Отличный вариант проживания для семейных пар!”

The house sits in a great spot, with a couple of tasty restaurants nearby, and the host was very friendly, even helping us find a good driver for the route we chose. The bathroom is shared, but as the host mentioned, there are only three rooms in the house, so the crowd is small and everything stays very clean!

“Уютное место в центре Дилижана!”

A wonderful place for a calm and cozy break in Diližan! The small guesthouse has a very pleasant homey vibe. Everything is clean, tidy, and homely. The location was especially appreciated—easy to reach the main sights while the surroundings stay quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, and hospitable, always ready to help and advise. The price‑quality ratio deserves a shoutout—worth every penny for a stay in Diližan. If you want to feel the real city atmosphere and stay in a peaceful, snug spot, this guesthouse is a definite recommendation. I’ll gladly return!

“Besides the good location, I would not stay again. We booked 2 nights and stayed one because of the conditions.”

The place was close to the city centre and the bedsheets were clean, but you don’t know which room you’ll get—what you see in the photos is far from reality. No keys are provided for the room or the front entrance. The room feels outdated and not very clean; there were personal items from the family (like nail scissors) and other stuff left behind. Street noise is loud because the old windows barely close and are thin. The bathroom is also old, and the hot water only kicks in after about 2 minutes of very cold water.

“Facilities are clean and basic. The location is good”

The place has a great location and the price is good. The facilities are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is shared and there is no hot water in the morning. The room door has no external locks, and you don’t get a key for the front door, so you’re left to rely on the owners.
