The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful too! I highly recommend staying here, but if you visit, try to book for more than just a few days. We stayed for only two nights, which was far too short to enjoy and explore everything on offer. Highly recommended once again!

The décor is very beautiful and tasteful, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, and the infinity pool on the roof offers a view of the Kitzsteinhorn.

We felt genuinely well cared for and a bit special; the property is clean and meticulously maintained, the spas (one for families and one for adults only) are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are well designed, ours was small but cozy. Dinner and breakfast are very generous with many options. A minor drawback is the limited gluten‑free attention, though I still found good alternatives.

The hotel is newly renovated and well equipped, with a cozy feel thanks to the abundant wood. The rooms are pleasantly large and well furnished. The wellness area on the 3rd floor is beautifully arranged, featuring a Finnish sauna with a large panoramic window, a sanarium, an infrared sauna, and a lovely pool, also on the 3rd floor. Overall, a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were acceptable but could improve; most hotels in this category we visited were slightly better. What we didn’t like, unrelated to the hotel, is the feeling of being in a small Arabia, which really spoils the overall impression.
