The food was tasty and close to the accommodation, with no complaints.

The hotel was cozy, rooms weren’t huge but had all basic amenities, and the price was reasonable for its level. The staff were energetic and eager to help carry luggage to the room, and even before check‑in they offered early room access. The location was convenient for exploring Hue’s attractions and restaurants. The only downside was that during peak hours the water flow was weak.

Staff responded immediately when requested, but the facilities were old and required a long time to use.

The staff were very enthusiastic, and after staying here last year, I chose the same hotel again this year—definitely the right decision. Nothing to complain about.
