I was absolutely thrilled with my stay—everything exceeded my expectations.

“Will come back. Beats bigger hotel chains.”

The room design was fantastic, covering every need we had, and Xiaodu the personal assistant was a real bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering us drinking water when we left. The laundry room’s free commercial washer and dryer made getting our clothes clean a breeze, and we could wait for the laundry while enjoying free porridge for supper next door. The kids were delighted by the playroom with kinetic sand and Duplos, and having food delivered to the room by robots was a neat touch.

“Convenient and accessible”

The hotel was very convenient, only a 7‑8 minute drive from Qilou Old Street and about 15 minutes to Haikou East Railway Station. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable with high water pressure. However, some wireless charging points in the room weren’t working, so the condition of the amenities should be checked.

The bed, lighting, staff, and kettle were all great. The room lacked tea options, and there were only paper cups with no spoon, which was a drawback.

“美中不足 Would be perfect if Wifi is improve with faster speed”

The space was spacious and clean, and the location near the old town center was good, offering great value for money. The Wi‑Fi was hopelessly slow and practically unusable; the hotel should replace it with a much faster broadband.
