His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The hotel sat about an hour from Cairo, offering a quiet vibe, a lovely sandy beach, mountain views, and roomy rooms. We liked how modern the décor was, with neutral colors that were easy on the eyes. The beach and pool areas helped us relax. Music was kept at a low‑to‑medium level, letting us enjoy the sea and birds. Breakfast and dinner buffets had just enough variety, and the dessert was tasty. The staff were the most proactive and attentive I’ve seen, quietly keeping everything clean and organized without being asked. No staff member was behind on anything, and they always had a smile. Ahmed Ismail at reception was extremely friendly and generous, giving us an unplanned free upgrade that made our stay even more luxurious. The bathrooms were a bit smelly, both in‑room and in reception—maybe some plumbing, cleaning, or odor improvements could help.
