Most staff were excellent. The top bunk bed squeaked a bit, so if you wake up during the night it can be mildly noisy and disturb your roommates.

The place had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a nice terrace for meals and chats, a very handy common kitchen, and was close to a bus stop and free parking; Puerto de las Nieves is 1,4 km away with plenty of restaurants and natural pools. Nothing negative.

The staff were friendly, but the toilets and shower were quite impractical, access to running water was an issue, and the kitchen needed cleaning.
