My stay at Hypnos Cozy Living Hotel was very lovely and peaceful; this family mansion sits in Ioannina's old region, which is quiet and offers a relaxed atmosphere; all attractions are close by, including the beautiful Pamvotis Lake, and the vibrant city centre is within a short walk.

The rooms were new and very clean; the hotel is right in the old town, so you can easily walk everywhere; the staff were very friendly and welcoming, but the toilet flush only worked partially.

We stayed at the property during the Ioannina Lake Run weekend, so we needed parking while driving and it was great to find it; the property is a 5’ walk from the old town shops in a quiet and very safe area, even though to be honest I don’t think that there is an area in Ioannina to be considered not safe; the rooms are as described in the title, cozy, but feel very comfortable and spacious; we really liked the quality of work that went into creating the ambience, and the added bonus was the small balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee; another bonus was the kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor that offered coffee, fruit energy bars, and some cereal; the owner was very helpful and quick in responding to our queries, and as we were checking out on race day they allowed us to keep the car parked even after checkout; nothing to dislike.
