I chose this place for its location and price, and it lived up to expectations: close to bars, restaurants and shops, and cheaper than nearby hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, just a bit small, and I would definitely return. The downside was that it took a few minutes to get the shower working; you need to turn on a water heater in the bathroom to get hot water, and a brief explanation would have helped.
