This quiet boutique hotel tucked away on a side street in Asoke is well managed, with excellent staff—especially at the night desk—and helpful service; it’s suitable for families or anyone just looking for a place to stay. The hotel sits near the red‑light district, but strict policies mean outside guests must check in and it’s clear it isn’t a party venue, which I appreciate. I keep returning for work or transit, and they always remember me; the complimentary upgrade on my last visit was a nice touch. I’ve stayed in both standard and enhanced rooms, and both were excellent. The only caveat is that if you’re after a lively party scene near Soi Cowboy, this isn’t the spot; most guests here are families, so look further north if you want a no‑questions‑asked hotel.

The place is well located, with staff available 24/7 and very comfortable beds and linens, but only one room key is given per room and you’re told you have to pay for a second key. The communal areas look tired and could use a refresh.
