For a five‑star property I expected far more elegance; instead the clientele was mixed and unselected, with many families, loud noises, shouting and screaming everywhere, making it feel more like a mass‑market venue than an exclusive one, especially given the exorbitant price.

A large family resort with diverse food, though the quality could have been higher. The pools are great, but the beach isn’t the best because of rocks. On the penultimate night, at 4:30 am, the alarm went off and we had to evacuate the room. We were sent to the pool area, and no staff came to explain what was happening. The next day they said it was a false alarm, but with a nearly 2‑year‑old baby it was a very annoying situation.

All meals were good and offered a lot of choices, the bed was comfortable, and they supplied water in the room daily. It could have been better in the smallest sense.
