The landscape, food, staff treatment, sports, security, cleanliness, and tranquility were all top-notch. But, to be honest, the materials used in the room's ceiling and walls were a bit of a letdown - they seemed to absorb all the heat. Still, the good definitely outweighed the bad.

Our guides were absolutely lovely and taught us so much about the area. They also spoke great English, which made communication a breeze. Plus, they were super accommodating to our vegan diet. However, the cleanliness in the rooms, especially the bathrooms, left a bit to be desired. And, to top it off, there was no hot water and the excursions were way overpriced.

The only thing that really made this lodge worth it was the stunning natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the facilities were a complete mismatch for what they were offering - the service was terrible, it was dirty, and it just didn't feel like a vacation at all. It felt more like a scout camp.

Living on an "island in the jungle" was a real dream come true. The guides were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay really special. However, there were a few issues - the rooms were missing power outlets, there was trash along the rivers, and the tourist boats that came by every day just ignored the plastic waste. It would have been easy to pick it up during the tours.
