“Will never stay there again”
I had to collect the key for the room I booked from a restaurant about 100 meters from the hotel building.

“Wenig erwartet und selbst das wurde übertroffen”
The bathroom, unlike the rest of the room, had been renovated and offers plenty of storage, and the cleaning staff was genuinely friendly. The location is also quite good. However, the price‑performance ratio is absolutely zero; I find it incomprehensible and offensive to charge over 100 € per night for such a room. The photos give an impression that doesn’t match reality – there are several details you can’t see in the pictures. The mattress is very uncomfortable and sagging; my husband felt every single spring. The bedside lamps didn’t work, and there was no kettle, fridge, or safe. Some walls were noticeably stained. When we arrived, we picked up the key at the front desk. We weren’t told over the phone that our room would be exactly where we parked, so we brought our luggage to the check‑in and were handed the key, only to be told we had to walk the entire way back to our car to reach the room. At check‑in, three or four young men were there and seemed unwilling to show any courtesy or talk to us until we left; remarks like “what kind of guys are these?” should have been avoided. I assume that was staff, but even if not, the employee was definitely aware. Breakfast is offered, but it’s quite limited – just coffee from the pot, water, or juice; there’s no tea.
“Altes abgewohntes Hotel mit Montagewohncharakter”
The rooms were outdated and very plain, with an unmodern feel that seemed untouched for 30 years. An employee’s dog wandered through the breakfast area, giving the impression of apartment units. We booked three rooms, but one was in a completely different building. One room had a water pipe burst early in the morning, making the shower unusable. After a lengthy discussion we received a 20 € refund, which felt like a joke. The mattresses were sagging, and we won’t stay here again.
“Kurzer Stop auf Durchreise mit Bike - Prima Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert !”
The check‑in was quick and straightforward, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and everything worked well. Bikes can be locked and stored easily.
