“Coccole”

The spot is great for exploring the area, full of trails for all kinds of trips—kids, strollers, 3000m huts—and the car is still pretty handy. The room is huge, the shower is big too, and everything’s nicely furnished; the beds are super comfy. The terrace is fantastic for relaxing with the kids, and traffic is almost non‑existent. Breakfast starts at 10 and deserves praise for its variety and quality. We also enjoyed daily yoga, the new beautiful spa with sauna treatments, the afternoon snack, and the kids’ playroom. Dinners were varied and always tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’re not used to going back to places we’ve already been, but this time we had a little thought.

“Soggiorno piacevole ma con qualche perplessità”

The building’s modernity, the SPA, and good soundproofing stood out. Cleaning of the rooms needs improvement; with small kids crawling around, the floor should be cleaned fully, even under the bed. For three people the wardrobe was cramped and the headboard (with a niche) was impractical. We were puzzled by the extra charge on the bill for simply asking for vegetables/fruits for our one‑year‑old son, who still can’t handle large solid foods, especially since the hotel is marketed for families with children. The kitchen for a 4‑star hotel felt too generic and the buffet could have been more varied on different days. All constructive feedback to improve an already decent service.
