“Decepcionante”

The location is fine, but there is no elevator (it broke in January and still stood in October), no light in the stairwell, no heating, the bathroom had no door or ventilation and the whole room smelled bad. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t speak any languages; I hope someone reading this will avoid staying here. Although they try to clean the room, the rest of the facilities are awful for a hotel. The electrical panels buzz constantly, are overloaded, and could cause a disaster at any moment. There are electrical cables from the panels that run across the floor and over the stairs that you have to dodge. I feel sorry for the hotel staff, but this place shouldn’t operate until the owners fix everything. I’m surprised the French authorities haven’t stepped in.

“Bon sejour correspondant aux attentes”

The welcome was very good, the rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect in the city centre, the atmosphere is calm, and the breakfast is decent. It’s a shame the elevator doesn’t work for accessing the third‑floor rooms, making the stairs hard for seniors.

The proximity to the city centre is great, you can arrive until 22:30, the room is quiet and the mattress is comfortable. The elevator didn’t work, making the stairs difficult, and the breakfast had no special bread.

The welcome was excellent, the place is quiet, and getting to the city centre is quick.
