The homestay was useful and a great value. The host was helpful, and there were lots of kids in the neighborhood, so walking to the market was easy. Just be careful up the stairs because the heights vary.

The house is big with spacious rooms and a great location. The bathroom needs a hot tap, better cleaning, a fixed toilet seat, and the potent smell should be addressed.

No breakfast was provided. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, the kitchen was dirty with dishes, ants, and overflowing rubbish in the bins.

The owner was friendly and super helpful, going out of his way to assist and speaking excellent English. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t very close to the city centre.
