The room was spacious and clean, but the lock was faulty and clearly patched up; instead of replacing it, they tried to fix it and it turned out terrible. Also both the bathroom tap and shower produce barely any water because they’re clogged with limescale, showing poor maintenance.

I only liked that it was in the center of Parma, unfortunately. I didn’t know the third floor had no elevator, and the noise between rooms at night was too much.

Camera accogliente e pulita situata a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Personale disponibile e gentile. La presa vicino al comodino faceva contatto e non si poteva utilizzare
