Excellent service and the pool.

Service and breakfast were good. The TV only had local channels, and the signal wasn’t very good; the remote control didn’t work properly. The bathroom sink had a paint scratch, there was no soap supply, and the shower water knobs needed maintenance.

Good breakfast, comfortable bedding, gym, and quality staff. The bathroom might be a bit old-fashioned, and the windows aren’t well insulated.

The hotel’s location is great, right in the heart of the city. I couldn’t book the spa, pool, or other facilities because they were already reserved; apparently they only serve hotel guests and those had booked earlier. The room was tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom partition didn’t close properly, letting water leak out and soak the rest of the bathroom; they offered a hair dryer and a cloth for the floor as a fix.
