When I arrived at the hotel, the owner had a problem with the accommodation, so I had to go to a farther place and then the next day I had to return; he offered no support and I had to move my heavy luggage back to the original room on my own. I found this absurd, a lack of commitment on his part.

Fiz um pedido para o anfitrião e disse que chegaria entre 23 e 00:00h ele não me respondeu e confirmou minha estadia, cheguei 00:00h não tinha ninguém para nos receber, entrei em contato e o Anfitrião disse que não poderia nos receber pois não realizavam o check-in naquele horário, não entendo o porquê não nos avisaram ou não rejeitaram nosso pedido ao invés de aceitar e gerar transtornos para nós, tivemos que procurar outro hotel que não foi fácil achar tivemos que sair andando e procurando e e pagar €98 para passar a noite. Pedi para o anfitrião pelo menos extender nossa estadia para fazer o check out mais tarde, porém o mesmo não aceitou. Fomos para a estadia e combinamos com o anfitrião que chegaríamos às 12:00horas. Mas o estranho é que entramos no quarto e não estava limpo, tinha toalhas sujas e a cama bagunçada indicando que alguém havia passado a noite ali. E isso não faz sentido porque eu já havia reservado o hotel na noite anterior mas por conta do horário do check in não pudemos nos acomodar. Achei o ocorrido muito estranho, meu dinheiro da noite anterior não foi devolvido e ainda tive que pagar uma taxa pra ficar o resto da estadia. Péssimo!

10/10 Great value for money! The room was clean and the location was excellent, close to the train station. Towels, coffee, tea, a kettle, soap, and a hairdryer were provided. There was one shared bathroom for two rooms, which was absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For this price, I think it's an excellent choice and I would happily stay here again. The street can be a bit noisy, but that's normal in a central location and didn't bother me much

We had booked for a certain location but were sent to another address; it was supposed to be just for check‑in, but the gentleman told us we had to stay there because the other accommodation had plumbing problems. The change actually worked in our favor because the photos of the other place showed it was much better. The location isn’t ideal if you’re not used to dealing with street vendors and drug users; while no one bothers you directly, it can be a conflict for some tourists.
