The owner is a wonderful person and very helpful. The property sits in a quiet area about 20/30 minutes from Lucca and just under that from Collodi, offering good value. However, the heat pump is noisy and the shower is too small for someone like me, and the furnishings feel dated, something I would personally update.

The environment is a calm, relaxing place, ideal for people with pets who can run around and enjoy a peaceful holiday. Unfortunately, the road that had all the water was very rough at the last stretch.
