“Trucks all night , poor sleep , view is of a Burger King . Sauna was a huge disappointment”

Breakfast was okay, but we chose this hotel for its sauna; the actual sauna looked like it was built by a blind carpenter with no plan, was unusable and absurd, and the Facebook sauna page has thousands of reviews calling it the worst sauna ever built.

“A very welcoming hotel in Fort McMurray”

The property is fairly new, the rooms are a good size and well appointed, and the front desk staff were all lively and accommodating.

“I won’t be back.”

The staff were decent and the breakfast was better than average, though not amazing. The room felt very cramped, with limited amenities like coffee, a microwave, and a small desk area. The shower lacked an enclosure or curtain, making it cold and causing water to splash onto the floor, which was a problem for me as a tall person.

While my stay at the hotel had some redeeming qualities, including clean rooms and decent service, it was ultimately marred by the hotel's infrequent housekeeping schedule, which left me feeling that my needs were not being met. Overall, the experience was mediocre, and I left feeling that the hotel could improve in several areas.

“Was great just wish quality of beds were better”

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant, with the added bonus of a spotless environment and friendly staff. However, the noise from the hockey tournament in the hallways and the somewhat uncomfortable bed were notable drawbacks. Overall, it was a decent experience.
