The location was fine, but the experience was extremely disappointing, especially how the hotel handled my complaint afterward. During my three‑night stay I had to keep asking for basic supplies for the fourth guest in our room and for shower soap, which was only given on the last day even though I had requested it before. Even worse, loud construction work nearby made it almost impossible to talk to the person next to me at one point. I first decided not to complain, thinking it was a one‑time issue, but when it happened again I contacted the hotel. At checkout I was told that management had been informed and a manager would call me, but that never happened. I followed up repeatedly via WhatsApp, and many of my messages went unanswered. After further complaints the hotel sent me a written notice that a refund of $151.51 had been approved and processed to my virtual card, and that I would receive it within 7–10 business days. I spent days trying to get confirmation from the hotel, but received no response. Finally the hotel told me in writing that they would not issue the refund, even though they had previously said it had been approved and processed. They never replied to my messages or explained what had happened. Mistakes and inconveniences can happen at any hotel.

The location, size, and outdoor facilities were good, but the only shower was broken and only cold water ran, there was moisture, and no outlets at the bed.

The common area with the pools was fine, but everything else was awful. The room looked like a garage where they randomly placed beds and nothing else. Dirty, bare, and cramped. I strongly advise against staying here.
