“Bardzo polecam”
The staff were very friendly, the food was good, and the on‑site bar was convenient. I didn’t have a SIM card for Georgia, and the return transport only works via phone.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, the staff were pleasant, and they even offer free ski rentals if you ask for them. The transfer to the gondola is also free.

The place was spotless and the staff were genuinely welcoming. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Ruslan for going above and beyond to ensure my family’s comfort. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to book again for any future stays in Gudauri.

The location is close to the cable car and the view is spectacular. The kitchen and food are simply outstanding; a big thank‑you to the chefs. Breakfast and dinner are superb. The only downside is that coffee is brewed separately for 7 lari. The room was a three‑bedroom layout but effectively two‑bedroom, with a stretched layout, narrow hallways, and awkward space. Otherwise, no complaints about the room. The bar staff were a bit surprising. The hotel’s only place to relax after skiing is the dining area. In Georgia, wine is a national pride, yet the hotel charges a 20‑lari cork fee for a bottle of wine brought from the mountains—a first for me in six years of traveling in Georgia. It seems the hotel’s administration isn’t fully Georgian, given these rules for post‑ski wine. Loud music in the café was also annoying, and they didn’t respond to requests to lower it. When we asked to watch a movie on the projector, they said it was broken; it worked the next day, but we didn’t ask again. The café staff’s service was mediocre, and the main complaints are directed at them. The rest of the staff are friendly and responsive (the transfer driver is not included).

I love the location and the view—truly peaceful—and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food, with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and comfort dishes, was perfect after a ski day, and the value for money is great. I’d love to return next year. If you book a family room, note that the ceiling is quite low on the second floor; it’s not critical but can feel uncomfortable for tall people.
