The innkeeper was very accommodating; we missed our ferry and he arranged a speedboat for us, picking us up from the harbor and taking us to the accommodation. The rooms were already air‑conditioned, so we could sleep right after the long trip. There was nothing to complain about.

The spot is great – just 600 m from the pier – and the area feels green and cosy. The staff were super helpful, even picking us up from the pier and letting us drop off our luggage after checkout. The room was basic but comfortable, and the mosquito net on the door was a nice touch so we could air it out. On the downside, the bungalow was very damp when we arrived, as if it had been closed for a long time, and it was generally worn out. Because the hotel sits on one of two main streets, motorbikes were constantly passing by. The location also meant huge mosquitoes: about ten of them were already inside the closed bungalow when we unpacked, and many kept circling our door, forcing us to sleep with burning incense all night.
