The spot was nice, but there were no other guests for 15 minutes and they stopped serving breakfast to us.

The breakfast that comes with the stay was great and the location is close to CDMX. However, the rooms weren’t maintained; I got room 302 with many defects, no phone to call reception so I had to use my cell, the pillows were uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep, the air conditioner made a horrible noise, the jacuzzi didn’t work at all and they should install new ones, and the shower was awful—waiting 3 minutes for hot water, then it turned cold when I adjusted it, forcing me to repeat the process while cooling down; I noticed other rooms had two keys but this one didn’t, so the remote control should be replaced, which is expensive and makes the experience unpleasant.

I was warmly impressed by the kindness and willingness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. On the downside, I found the elevator to be quite small.

I had a fantastic time relaxing and enjoying the club facilities at this hotel. However, I did notice that the pool tiles could use some maintenance.
