Laura was the coolest; everyone was respectful and helpful with any issue. The only downside was that there was no pool, which was a bit disappointing.

“HOW NOT TO TREAT YOUR GUEST”

I was assigned the wrong room type; the pull‑out bed was disgusting and no one could sleep on it. After driving 15 hours and feeling exhausted, I had to argue with the front‑desk staff about needing a place to sleep in the room I paid for because the pull‑out was unusable. The pull‑out bed was disgusting, the room smelled bad, Brian at the front desk had a terrible attitude, and management never acknowledged or apologized for the problem or the inconvenience to me. To this day no one has even tried to contact me. I work in hospitality and this place is a textbook example of “how not to treat a guest.” I should have filmed the entire experience to show my manager to new hires. Just wow!

“More like a motel than a hotel.”

The hotel was somewhat quiet and felt safe. Over the course of a few days the door was resurfaced, which was loud and caused paint and debris to be pushed into the room. One day the facility lost power for several hours. The outer door had no seal at the bottom, so sound, debris, and bugs were able to enter.

“Excellent stay”

Laura and Don were amazing and super helpful. The room had been newly renovated and was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

There was nothing positive to mention. The hotel was a drug and prostitute valley.
