“Horrible experiencia”
The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. We were truly upset by the mishap in our contract. We rented from Friday to Sunday, but on Saturday they forced us out of the apartment because they had mistakenly made another reservation. Cleaning staff entered without our permission, invaded our privacy, took all our belongings, destroyed a balloon garland we had made for a birthday, and ate part of the food we had left in the kitchen. They threw us out onto the street without giving us a place to stay that night. They did refund our reservation money, but we had to cut short our enjoyment at a park because we received that news, and when we got back to the apartment we found it almost empty and had already been cleaned for other guests. They made our vacation weekend the worst. We had to return home that same day. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
