Graben Hotel

“We loved the breakfast at this hotel and the evening dinner was super good after a long day out and about. Highly recom”

The rooms were spacious and the staff very friendly; the location was ideal for touring nearby sites, and the breakfast was fabulous. Nothing else to note.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a great restaurant inside, which was a big plus for convenience and delicious food. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

“-”

We were not at the Graben Hotel; instead we were re‑booked into another hotel because a “system error” had placed us there. Even after the error, we kept receiving messages saying how much they looked forward to our stay, the last of which arrived two or three days before arrival. We were then sent in a taxi whose driver didn’t know where to go, so I went back to the reception to ask for the address. Finally we were taken to Hotel Regina, which, while deserving of high marks, was not ideally located for our itinerary. At Hotel Regina we received the apology letter twice (since we had booked two rooms). As a small gesture we were given a little chocolate plate. What really bothered us was that we weren’t informed earlier, which took away our chance to choose.

The hotel was great, with a superb location, a nice room, good breakfast, and friendly staff; I would recommend it to everyone.
