“it was the worst”

I booked two rooms and the reservation was confirmed and charged, yet when we arrived the receptionist said only one room was available, but later we found many rooms still open. The room was hot and there were no toiletries, so I asked for a refund for the cancelled room.

The location was great, but the room was very small. I had to leave a security deposit, which was fine, but they kept it because the sheets were dirty.

Getting to the next transfer was super easy the following day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very tiny, but it was fine for a single night or just to sleep while exploring.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my brother. I understand that this is a new establishment, but our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. We were staying here while spending long days at the hospital caring for our mother, so rest was extremely important for us. However, on one of the nights, the management decided to carry out maintenance work in the hallway at around 10 PM, which continued until midnight. The noise was very disruptive and inconsiderate, especially at a time when guests are trying to sleep. This kind of work should have been scheduled during the day, not late at night. In addition, the room itself was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was poorly positioned, making it ineffective, and the room remained hot throughout our stay. It defeats the purpose of having an air conditioner if it does not properly cool the space. Overall, the lack of consideration for guests’ comfort and rest made our stay very inconvenient. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide that we will not be booking here again

“Arriving on a Sunday it was easy to find and convenient for our stay”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating its convenient location that made it easy for me to access the town. However, I was a bit surprised by how quiet it was once I retreated to my room - it was almost too peaceful! Despite being close to the action, the hotel felt like a serene retreat, which was a lovely contrast. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.
